A little known fact, Rotary International holds one of two non-voting seats in the United Nations and since our beginning we have aligned ourselves with the mission of the UN.  One of Rotary's  eight areas of focus has always been conflict resolution.

In these times of turbulence it is reassuring for all of us to hear about positive forces at work.

Please join us on March 27th for an exciting and uplifting discussion on what Rotary is doing for conflict resolution that can be applied to our communities as well as our global stage.  The evening is open to the public and all Rotarians, but we ask that you pre-register by clicking on the March 27 meeting listed on the front page of our website.
On March 27th, Brookline Rotary and  three other area clubs will host a presentation on some of the Rotary Peace Initiatives so vital in today's global, political environment.  The program will highlight the many actions Rotary is actively taking throughout the world and how we canned are have a positive impact.
