Jeannie Lindheim founded the Hearts and Noses Hospital Clown Troupe in 1996 which has entertained over 60,000 children.. She will talk about her trip to Russia with Patch Adams, share some valuable hospital clown techniques that you can use in your life, and tell some heart-felt stories of interactions with children. https://hospitalclowntraining.com
After Hurricane Katrina, Jeannie went to Houston to support the New Orleans evacuees there. She spent a week at the George R. Brown Convention Center clowning and doing “by the cot” visits to 1,100 people! She has also written The Art & Joy of Hospital Clown Training Program, that has sold in 23 countries.
Jeannie Lindheim has taught acting, movement, improvisation, auditioning, and creativity for over 30 years at many educational institutions including Harvard University Law School (Theater in the Courtroom), Boston College, The Boston Conservatory, Wheelock College, Lesley College Expressive Therapies Graduate Program, Antioch College American University, and other universities.
