Service Opportunities
Here are some opportunities for service in Brookline.
Some are projects of Brookline Rotary, and others are affiliated community opportunities.

Holiday Gift Giving.  In this season of sharing, members will have the opportunity to adopt a family and purchase gifts for them for the holiday season.  Our community partner, Brookline Center for Community Mental Health, has identified families who could use some help this holiday season.  The list of clients with their wishes will be on the events page starting 11/11/22.  Please sign up for the individual(s) you wish to support and bring your unwrapped gift, labeled with the number of the client for whom it is intended to our Yankee Swap on 12/1/22.  The club will be purchasing gift wrap and donating it to the Center so the parents can wrap the gifts themselves. This activity is open to any non-members who wish to participate.

Thanksgiving Feast.  On Thursday, 11/17/22 we will be assisting the Brookline Police in their annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the community.  Please come to the Tappan Green: Stem building starting at 3:30 for set-up and then stay to join our neighbors at 5:30 for this annual celebration of thanks and to clean up.  Sign up for the meal at 617-730-2248 or scan QR code listed under events.
