Richard Desir is the recipient of the 2019 Brookline Youth of the Year Award.  In 2017, Brookline Rotary selected Richard as one of our RYLA recipients.  He was identified by his teachers and our selection committee as someone who could be a leader.  Richard has surpassed everyone's expectations and we hope you will join us as we add our congrtulations and acknowledgements of his accomplishments.  Come hear how skills taught at RYLA can propel and benefit our youth.
